With the conclusion of the first segment of ‘Back to Village phase third’ (B2V3) covering 129 panchayats of the Kupwara district in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, visiting officers convened gram sabhas, mahila sabhas and bal sabhas, besides holding interactive meetings with Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs).The designated officers also conducted visits to local institutions including Anganwadi, primary health centres, schools and different works of Rural Development Department in villages, and formulating plans for resolution of the issues of people besides distributing different kits among beneficiaries.The visiting officers are preparing reports of the different resolutions passed in Gram sabhas, during the inspection which have to be submitted to District Administrati
