A recent report released by a US Congress appointed commission has said that under President Xi Jinping, China stepped up its "aggressive" foreign policy toward India and "resisted" efforts to clarify the Line of Actual Control (LAC) that prevented a lasting peace from being realized.“Under General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Xi Jinping, Beijing has stepped up its aggressive foreign policy toward New Delhi.
